I’m gearing up for a weekend in the Hamptons and already planning my weekend reading. Even though this summer has already been CRAZY, I’ve recently found a new appreciation for reading. It is literally the only time that I can free my mind and think about something that I truly don’t need to care about.
My reading taste is actually quiet eclectic. The top row featured above are mindless, summer-themed books that are perfect for the beach or after a long, draining day at work. The bottom row are business-focused, self-help books that are slightly more thought-provoking, but just as relaxing. I usually tend to lean towards this category on longer vacations (one week or more) to keep my mind engaged while I’m out of the office.
I’m going to try to make a dent in this list throughout the summer and have already jumped into The Seassonaires. Would you guys be interested in reading book reviews? Would love to get your thoughts in the comments below.
