I know I’m a little late jumping on the British bandwagon but after wearing this dress by Jack Wills a preppy and fabulous British store I couldn’t help it! It is a preppy dream to be a princess, in fact I still sleep in a princess bed (judge me). However, just like Kate this dress is polka-dot perfection.
This dress worked double-time. An appropriate dress to wear around the office and just flirty enough for a dinner date later that night. The peter pan collar and the empire waistline is all a prep could ever dream of. Accessorized with the classics, quilted Chanel flats and an orange Hermes enamel bangle this outfit is eloquently preppy.
This was also my very first purchase at Jack Wills and I have to say I am definitely impressed with the amount of compliments I received. (I guess I’ll be heading back to their summer sale!) Although this dress is on sale now these neutrals will come in handy during those hot “back-to-school” days when I head back to boston.
