The Sunday Scarries are JUSSSTTT about to set in but before they do, it’s time for another Skincare Sunday! This week, I’m honoring #NationalHydrationDay with Evian’s Natural Mineral Water Facial Spray.
When I first heard about this product, I kind of thought it was crazy. Why do we need to buy water to spray on our face? Feels a little over-the-top. BUT, after using this spray a few times I was absolutely proved wrong. Not only is this spray the perfect pool/beachside companion it can also be used as a toner before you put your make-up and I don’t love anything more than a purchase that can work double time for me.
What I Love: With the first official weekend of Summer under our belts, I can confidently say that this product is the 2nd most important one in my beach bag (sunscreen is #1 because duh). While I love, love, love spending Summer days outside, I’m definitely one to get easily over-heated and that is where Evian comes in. With a simple spray, I am brought back to life with the refreshing mist of Evian. As much as my friends/family may give me a hard time for paying $13.50 for a canister of water, this is definitely my most borrowed product as it is compatible with every skin type (normal, oily, dry, sensitive, etc.).
The Watch Outs: This is a great product but it should be in ADDITION to the other hydration solutions in your vanity. Unlike some other products, I feel the effects of this product in a long-term capacity (after a few weeks of using) rather than the instant hydration that I sometimes crave after a long day in the sun.
