Yes, I’m obsessed but as you will see throughout ThePreppyMAG.com Blair Waldorf is my fashion icon and I figured there was no better way to start my own fashion blog than a flashback to her Constance Billard days! This classic school girl look never goes out of style. I decided to give it a little summer flair with a pair of jacks but a pair of lace-up oxfords would do the trick for a perfect back-to-school outfit! Also, notice the bow. No outfit is ever complete without a bow. Remember it.
